  The family is very kind and will graciously organize dinners and events of your choice. We had a wonderful wine tasting this last time with beautiful French Rosés and Merlots. They flew in Brie cheese and Stilton from the manufacturers in Stilton, England. There is nothing left to be desired. My personal favorite gathering was that of Medieval times. They had authentic chain mail, archery, and jousting of which I won! They even had a full blown turkey broil with mead to match! 5 stars out of 5. Would visit again.
